      The Royal Treatment Mission Statement\u00a0<\/h1>\n

      The Royal Treatment\u2019s mission is to offer outstanding quality service that will benefit our clients. Our objective is to maintain client-focused relationships and offer excellent customer service. We are continually expanding our knowledge to stay on the leading edge of our industry and encourage our clients to live a healthy lifestyle. As a contractor for \u201cThe Royal Treatment\u201d I understand I am representing TRT and the company\u2019s mission. I will uphold this mission and the standards our company and clients expect. I agree to fulfill and will be accountable for the following responsibilities:<\/p>

      1. Staying committed to our mission and providing our clients with the highest quality services available.<\/li>
      2. Providing our clients with motivating, attentive, safe, and appropriate wellness experience.<\/li>
      3. Notifying Barbara Perino or Stacey Joiner of any pertinent information about a client\u2019s situation that would be important or helpful to TRT or the client.<\/li>
      4. Submitting all requested paperwork in a timely manner.<\/li>
      5. Adhering to our dress code. (Dress modestly as you will be going into a corporate office.)<\/li>
      6. Being on time as well as giving ample and proper notice to Barbara Perino or Stacey Joiner when circumstances arise that makes being punctual impossible.<\/li>
      7. Working with all staff members as a TEAM.<\/li>
      8. The contractor agrees to not act or talk negatively about TRT to our staff nor our clients.<\/li>
      9. As an independent contractor and not an employee of the company, the contractor is responsible for maintaining appropriate certification, licensure, and liability insurance.<\/li>
      10. As a representative of TRT at live events, I understand that the events are for the staff of the client and not for TRT practitioners.<\/li> <\/ol>\n

        Independent Contractor & Non-Compete Agreement<\/h1>\nThis Agreement between you <\/b>(the independent contractor, herein referred to as the \u201cContractor\u201d, and YOU DESERVE the, ROYAL TREATMENT, LLC of Florida (herein referred to as The Royal Treatment or TRT)\nThe Royal Treatment engages the Contractor as an Independent Contractor and TRT hereby accepts this engagement. The Royal Treatment will issue contractors a 1099 tax form, when they have earned $600 or more during any given year.\nTRT acknowledges that all parties are engaged in their respective fields of service and as such does not wish to prohibit the contractors\u2019 current business relationships.\nTRT has extended time and resources in the acquisition of its client base, business strategies, training and marketing techniques and trade secrets; therefore, it is agreed, that while engaged with TRT all contacts, potential corporate clients and referrals obtained from said engagements are to be considered clients of TRT. While working with an individual if they request your service for a private session you are welcomed to share your contact information. However, please do not<\/b> offer your card unless the staff member requests your card. Also, any additional corporate business always stays the property of TRT. The agreement between TRT and Contractor shall remain confidential.\nThe management team at TRT takes pride in building strong relationships with our clients and contractors. If the client is not satisfied with the service the contractor provides or does not feel they are the right fit for their company, TRT reserves the right to discontinue service with the contractor.
