The Royal Treatment Leadership

Two experienced and highly trained businesswomen decided to get together and collaborate on filling a need in the business community for managing stress and helping companies create healthy work environments while improving the bottom line.

Barbara Perino

Barbara Perino

Barbara Perino is a Professional Certified Coach guiding her clients who are executive leaders and their staff to bigger success, powerful growth and positive change. Barbara has been trained through The Coach Training Institute (CTI) located in San Rafael, CA. She completed a Coaching Certification Program through CTI and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completed relationship coach training through CRR Global. Barbara is a graduate of Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA.

Barbara is the Director of Wellness Coaching at NoStressWorkplace with a focus on corporate wellness programs. She helps smart companies get healthy. Prior to becoming a coach in 2004, Barbara was in corporate America for 25 years in senior management roles including sales management. Building relationships with clients and expanding national presence were some of her top contributions.

Barbara is very involved in various professional associations. She was nominated as Woman Volunteer of the Year thru Junior League; she was a mentor for “at risk” high school girls through Women of Tomorrow and coaches for Stand Beside Them.

Stacey Joiner

Stacey Joiner draws from her experiences in corporate America, making her an excellent role-model for working professionals. Combining her corporate background with her holistic lifestyle, she defies the typical stereotype of the “granola crunchy” Yogi, allowing her to appeal to a broader audience.

As a former stressed executive and recovering multi-tasker, Stacey can relate to the stress of the corporate environment. She brings The Royal Treatment Corporate Wellness programs to busy working individuals, giving them the tools to reduce stress and help them balance their work and home life. Corporations that realize the value of creating a healthy and happy environment also enjoy a healthy bottom line.

Stacey Joiner is owner of The Royal Treatment since, 1998. She is a New York and Florida State Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Integral Yoga Instructor, Certified Stress Management Trainer and Hypnotist. She is also Certified by the HeartMath Institute in Building Personal Resilience™

Stacey believes in sharing her gifts and talents with her community. She has donated her time and efforts to local organization such as; The Achievement Centers for Children and Families of Delray Beach, Kids in Distress and Boca Helping Hands.

Gail Beyer, RN

Gail Beyer, RN

Gail Beyer has had a lifelong passion for helping others. As a Registered Nurse, she has been able to combine this passion with her desire to make a difference for over 30 years working and giving back to the South Florida community. Her experiences as a bedside nurse, critical care nurse, and nurse educator have all shaped her practice to work and teach about preventive practices of acute and chronic illnesses. 

Gail continued to learn more about foundations of health she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Breast Cancer 5 years ago. During her cancer journey, she obtained her certification at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a health coach. She currently working and coaching others the importance of exercise and nutritional value. 


Ileana Claffey

Ileana Claffey is a retired Software Engineer and Project Manager, who now follows her dreams and passion teaching holistic wellness.   She is a 500hr. Experience Register Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) and Y4C (Yoga4Cancer) teacher with Yoga Alliance® , a Reiki Master/Teacher  in the Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki ®  and the Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki -ART/Reiki Master® tradition, and a Sound Practitioner.  She is fluent in English and Spanish and teaches in the Coral Springs, Parkland and Boca Raton areas. A student of yoga for over twenty-five years and teaching  since 2007, she has facilitated yoga to a wide range of ages and abilities, including children, adults, and seniors. Ileana’s  teaching experience includes Hatha, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Yoga4Cancer, Connected Warriors (trauma-conscious yoga for service-members, veterans and their families)  and Mind-Body Medicine (tools to heal trauma and build resilience). She is a cancer survivor and her experience  with supporting healing her body, mind, and spirit makes her sensitive to the issues that affect many students.

 

Brian Coveleskie

 

Brian Coveleskie, RN

Brian Coveleskie is a Registered Nurse who received his Bachelors and Masters in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University in 1998 and 2000 along with his Bachelors in Nursing from Binghamton University in 2015.  He has over 20 years experience providing behavioral health patient care and as an educator in various settings.  He has also previously worked in a corporate position specializing in behavioral health care coordination.  He is passionate about teaching others to improve in all aspects of their lives.


Katie Doyle

Katie Doyle, a registered yoga instructor, holistic health coach, meditation instructor and workplace wellness advisor. She has a diverse professional background with over 10 years in marketing, events and non-profit experience working with high-profile clients and global brands. It is from this experience that Katie realized the need for accessible and approachable holistic wellness and self-care practices. Katie’s passion for wellness has been a lifelong journey and she has practiced yoga as a student for ten years before answering the calling to become a yoga instructor and holistic health coach in 2019. Katie helps clients look and feel their best through integrating healthy lifestyle changes, mindful movement, meditation, and wellness routines into their daily lives. Her goal is to make whole-body wellness attainable, approachable, and accessible to all clients!


 

Aly Feinberg

Aly Feinberg received her BS degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida in 1994 and has enjoyed working as a personal trainer ever since. She specializes in 1 on 1 training as well as group fitness. Her primary focus is to help her clients achieve maximum benefits through circuit training and core work. Her philosophy is to always challenge the body with new exercises and never do the same workout twice. Stretching is key to ensuring proper muscle repair therefore she encourages her clients to stretch daily so that flexibility and range of motion is improved. Most importantly she motivates her clients to eat clean, get plenty of rest, drink lots of water and have fun!

 

Felice Minkin

Felice Minkin, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, has studied and taught health and wellness for over 20 years. She helps people uplevel their health, relationships, income, career and life purpose through a process of using your voice, activating intuition and translating your body’s messages. She is also certified in yoga, Reiki, integrates meditation, breath work and mindset training.


Ilonka Michelle O’Neil

Ilonka Michelle O’Neil is an RN, (BSN) with a background in post-surgical, mother/baby care, and biomedical therapies for autism. She is also a writer, and has worked as a news reporter in Washington, DC. She is a certified yoga instructor and has experience teaching corporate yoga classes. She has training in trauma centered yoga through Connection Coalition (providing free yoga to youth in crises) and Connected Warriors (providing free yoga to veterans). She is a former coach for Girls on the Run, a self-esteem building running program for girls in grades 3-5.


Maria Paula Quintana

Maria Paula Quintana

Maria Paula Quintana is passionate about helping people reach and maintain wellness. She has been a certified yoga teacher since travelling to India in 2007, and has continued to learn and continue her Yoga education with some of the best teachers around the globe. She is also a certified health coach from The Institute of Integrated Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories. She guides and teaches people about diet, nutrition, movement and stress-reduction techniques. She encourages people to be pro-active and independent, because ultimately everyone must take responsibility for their own health. She teaches people that eating and being healthy doesn’t have to be boring!


Patti Reuther, RN

 

Patti Reuther, RN

Patti Reuther is a registered nurse and professional educator.  She received her BS and MS education in nursing at Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY.  After more than 15 years of bedside nursing in coronary intensive care, maternal-newborn care, and neonatal intensive care, she became faculty at her alma mater in 2008.  Since that time, she has taught a variety of courses and currently leads the simulation program for the Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences.


Tamara Ronkin

Tamara Ronkin is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance® since 2009) and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (American Council on Exercise® since 2010) with a Bachelor of Science in Communication (University of Miami 1992). She is educated in many forms of self-care and healing, including yoga, anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, meditation, and breath work. Tamara draws from her experiences as a corporate sales and marketing executive and entrepreneur, making her an excellent role model for working professionals seeking holistic tools for stress relief, self-care, and improvement.


Diana Santa Maria

Diana Santa Maria received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in marketing from FIU in 2002. She combined her passion for cooking and her business knowledge and started her own personal chef business in 2003. Working with her clients gave her valuable insight into the nutritional issues people face on a daily basis. Some clients had dietary restrictions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, while others were simply trying to lose weight. In the process of researching how to prepare meals within certain parameters for her clients, she quickly discovered she was fascinated by the biological complexities of our bodies. She then went on to pursue a Master’s degree in nutrition in dietetics to become a Registered Dietitian. Diana now specializes in helping her patients to follow a healthy renal diet for a dialysis clinic. She also works with clients to help them achieve their desired weight loss goal, manage their diabetes, lower their cholesterol levels, or manage chronic kidney disease to prevent the need for dialysis. Diana has been a part of the Royal treatment family since 2016 and enjoys utilizing her nutrition and culinary knowledge and expertise to educate, inspire, and empower our clients to become active contributors of their personal healthcare.


Julie Weidenfeld

Julie Weidenfeld is a firm believer in do what you love. Upon graduating George Washington University with her finance degree, Julie focused on financial education and equity research. Specifically, she saw a need to educate people on how to navigate the investment world. Coach Julie designed and presented her proprietary investment planning workshops to various groups throughout North America, including corporate environments where she would address employees regarding retirement planning. Feeling the struggle of managing a flourishing investment business and personal family life, Julie chose to taper her finance career, and become a proselyte in the fitness industry. Taking her knowledge from a board room to a workout room, Coach Julie’s recent achievements include developing a Personal Fitness Physical Education curriculum for middle-school students, publishing wellness articles for publications such as Huff Post, IDEA Fitness Magazine, and various trade blogs.
